Mystery shopping – next free Wednesday Webinar

Your potential clients do this every day – testing your frontline responsiveness. Better for you to know what they’re finding. The session will look at the potential approaches you can take, process, scenarios and recording the outcomes. We’ll also consider the purpose of Mystery Shopping – improving frontline service rather than catching colleagues out – and the implications of that.
