FE First Awards 2015 – Specialised recruitment campaign

September 18, 2015

The College Marketing Network is inviting entries for its prestigious FE First Marketing Awards 2015. The awards will be presented at the Network’s Gala Dinner on Monday 23rd November 2015 as part of our 28th Annual Conference.

Specialised Recruitment Campaign

This category is for any recruitment campaign, EXCEPT your main school leaver recruitment campaign which has its own category. Your target group could be potential adult students, employers, internal students (ie a progression campaign), apprentices, NEETs, college staff or potential HE students, to list a few examples. Your campaign may include printed and digital media elements as well as events and other activities.

The submission should therefore include: identification of the target group, any research you have done to inform the campaign, a description of and the rationale for the range of media and activities undertaken in support of the campaign, SMART objectives for the campaign that are clearly evaluated, and the outcomes of the campaign.

To win the Award, the judges will be looking for an original and inspiring campaign that is relevant to the target group, and one that is effectively evaluated against clear objectives, relevant to the college’s Strategic and/or Marketing Plan. A good submission which clearly describes and assesses the impact of the campaign will be equally important, as it demonstrates your ability to be objective
